The 44th Olubadan, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, has called on President Bola Tinubu to create a state of Ibadan before 2027.
Speaking after receiving the Staff of Office from Governor Seyi Makinde, the monarch urged that Ibadan, as a historic and populous city, deserves recognition as a state of its own.
