Speaking during a stakeholders’ briefing in Port Harcourt, he emphasized the need for transparent and accountable systems as the foundation for sustainable development.
He outlined plans to implement reforms focused on capacity building, digital transformation, and performance-based management.
Under his leadership, Rivers State is expected to witness a more disciplined and results-driven administration.
