Gov. Wike flag -off construction of campus of Nigerian Law School in Port-Harcourt

The Rivers State Governor  Nyesom Wike has flag off the construction of Port Harcourt Campus of the Nigerian Law School.

The event was attended by several legal luminaries from all over the country took place at the former School of Nursing Campus, Rumueme, Port Harcourt.

Speaking at the ceremony the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice Abubakar Malami (SAN) who was represented by the Chairman Council of Legal Education   Emeka Ngige (SAN) said the Port Harcourt model will be the benchmark for states wishing to have law school sited in their state.

He also conveyed the decision of the council and approval of Malami to name the campus Nabo Bekinbo Graham-Douglas (SAN), Port Harcourt Campus of  Nigerian Law School.

Governor Wike profoundly thanked the AGF Abubakar Malami (SAN) who gave approval for construction of the law school in Port Harcourt.

He assured all present at the event that  the Campus whose work is starting from scratch will be commissioned by himself before 2023.
