Police have confirmed the discovery of a decomposing body inside a red Peugeot 406 at the National Assembly car park in Abuja.
The incident was reported on Sunday, and the body has been moved to Asokoro General Hospital.
The FCT Police Command says investigations are ongoing to determine the identity of the victim and the circumstances surrounding the death.
Security presence around the complex has also been intensified.
