President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is currently holding a closed-door meeting with Rivers State governor, Siminalayi Fubara, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
It will be recalled that Tinubu, in a national broadcast on March 18, suspended democratic structures in Rivers State, appointed a sole administrator, and placed the state under emergency rule.
