A survivor of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Eruku attack in Kwara State has narrated his harrowing experience in captivity after gunmen abducted worshippers during an evening service on November 18. He explained that the attackers stormed the church shortly after the programme began, firing shots and taking control of the entire area.
The victim, who spoke with TVC, said the gunmen moved the abducted worshippers deep into the forest and held them for days under severe conditions. His account comes after President Bola Tinubu announced that all 38 abducted worshippers have been successfully rescued by security agencies.
