Sustain humility, honour and respect in marriage , Ume SAN tells newly wedded couple

A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Sir Chukwuma – Machukwu Ume has called on young couples to build solid God fearing homes and raise children for the next generations that would uphold and advance good society.

Ume , former Attorney General of Abia State gave the advice on Saturday during the wedding ceremony of Miss Ogechukwu Innocent and Barrister Abraham Ita Udoh a staff of Chukwuma – Machukwu Ume (SAN) law firm Abuja.

The legal luminary noted that the dignity of marriage is humility, honour and respect and urged the newly wedded couple to invite and allow God Almighty to be the head of their family .He also advice them to bring up their children in a discipline and well cultured manners that would positively advance Nigerian society.

The Father of the Day, Ume SAN, who also sponsored the marriage further advice wives to take good care of their husbands and families. Citing his own personal experience, Ume said his wife buys all that he wears.

He urged husbands to respect their wives and shower them with love.
In a demonstration of love to the couple, Ume SAN transfered one million Naira to Abraham for the couple honey moon, he did this just as staff of Chukwuma – Machukwu Ume (SAN) law firm presented a deep Freezer to the couple.

Earlier, in his remarks chairman of the wedding ceremony Kemasuode Wodu, (SAN) , former Attorney General Rivers State had prayed for the couple for God’s blessings.

He said that God had already blessed the couples marriage and thanked all the guest that witnessed the wedding.
