A set of Nigerian conjoined twins who underwent a successful separation surgery in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have safely returned home.
The twins were warmly received at the airport by Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, alongside his deputy, Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, who described their return as a moment of joy not only for the family but for the entire nation.
The complex procedure, fully sponsored by the Saudi government, was hailed as a medical milestone and a symbol of humanitarian support. Their successful recovery and safe return to Nigeria have been widely celebrated, with officials praising the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its generosity and commitment to strengthening bilateral ties through humanitarian gestures.
