Renowned Islamic scholar, Sheikh Ibrahim Saleh, has arrived in Bauchi to lead the Jana’iza (funeral prayer) for the late Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi. The funeral prayer is scheduled to take place this afternoon, immediately after the Jumu’at service.
Vice President Kashim Shettima is also expected at the ceremony, underscoring the national significance of the revered scholar’s passing.
A large crowd of scholars, religious leaders, students, and devotees from across Nigeria is anticipated, as many gather in Bauchi to pay their final respects to the influential cleric.
