The out going President, Suvr M. M. KABIR said aside from the achievements made by his EXCO, he was handing over to the incoming EXCO “myriads of problems and challenges and urged the new EXCO to “start on overdrive mode to reverse these problems”

The most daunting of them, he said, is the financial status of the association. He also appealed to the Kaduna State Government to speed up work on the Government Girls Secondary School, Kawo, Kaduna which was gutted by fire in order to end the temporary occupation of Rimi college by the GSS girls.

In his acceptance speech, the incoming President thanked delegates for the total support and confidence reposed in him. He assured that all necessary steps would be taken to bring the college back to its former glory.

He commended the outgoing EXCO for keeping the flag of the association flying despite the numerous challenges it faced.

He said the problems would not be solved overnight adding that his EXCO would, as a matter of urgency, do everything to bring Old Boys of the College under one umbrella.
