… Didn’t fixes Sept 16 for judgment – Registrar
The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC), has said it did not fix Sept 16 for judgments on the Presidential Election Petitions as claimed by a section of the media.
The unfounded story went viral online on Sunday that “The Presidential Election Tribunal” has fixed Sept 16 for judgment.
PEPC registrar said on Monday that she was not aware of the date and that the story is unfounded .
She told our correspondent on phone that she didn’t know who fabricated the date. “I am not aware of the date. People just decided to write whatever they want to without making any attempt to confirm their story.”
“PEPC has not fix date for its judgement and I have repeatedly told you people that when my Lords fix a date, it will be communicated to the parties involved in the matter, she said.
