The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) says it has arrested a total of 62,595 drug-related suspects across Nigeria between January 2021 and March 2025.
This includes major crackdowns on drug cartels, traffickers, and street dealers, as the agency intensifies efforts to curb substance abuse and illegal trafficking.
The NDLEA also disclosed that thousands of convictions were secured, and large quantities of narcotics were seized within the period.
