Nigeria’s national power grid suffered another collapse on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, leaving millions without electricity nationwide.
Power has now been partially restored in Abuja and Lagos, but major cities including Port Harcourt, Jos, Kano, and Enugu are still without supply as engineers work to stabilize the system.
Authorities say full restoration is ongoing, but the repeated grid collapses continue to raise concerns about the fragility of Nigeria’s power infrastructure.
