Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, has revealed that the presiding Justice of the Court of Appeal, Kano Division, Justice Ita Mbaba, was not under investigations.
This was disclosed in a statement, by the EFCC Head, Media and Publicity, Wilson Uwujaren, on Wednesday.
The spokesman added that the commission would do nothing to embarrass any officer of the court.
The commission dismissed some media reports that the judge was under investigation, stating that operatives of the EFCC merely visited the residence of the judge for property verification.
