Oracle cofounder, Larry Ellison, has officially surpassed Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, to claim the title of the world’s richest person.
Ellison’s wealth surged to an estimated $393 billion following Oracle’s impressive earnings, largely driven by the company’s expansion into artificial intelligence services.
Elon Musk, who has held the top spot since 2021, now sits in second place with a net worth of $385 billion, trailing Ellison by $8 billion.
