The Cross River State Government had disclosed that it has paid all salaries and Pensioners the February salaries.
The State Head of Service Dr Innocent Eteng and said this at the Conference room of his office while addressing Journalist on Monday.
According to the Head of Service Any Ministry and MDA that is not paid the March Salaries should hold their Permanent secretary responsible.
He further stated that the office of the Accountant General of the State and his office had issued a circular that all MDA and Ministries should submit their norminal roll on or before the end of the month.
The State Head of Service lamented that only 8 out of 31 had summited their norminal roll to the office of the Head of Service and the Accountant General of the State.
Also Speaking the state Accountant General Mrs Glory Effiong restated the Commitment of the Cross River State Government despite the lean allocation from the Federal Government.
She started that they have directive from the state government to clean up the normal roll to avoid duplications of Names in the system.
