The Federal Road Safety Corps has said that it does not use nor permit the use of Point of Sale machines nor receive payment for fines of traffic offences on patrol points.
This was contained in a statement signed and made available by the Corps Spokesperson, Bisi Kazeem, today.
FRSC explained that rather, it made use of a digitalised E-ticketing device to enhance ease of doing business.
Acting Corps Marshal, Dauda Biu, reiterated that the motoring public should note that the Corps does not use POS machines but a digitalized E-ticketing device which at the moment enhances ease of doing business.
