Finally,the Department of Security Services (DSS), on Wednesday produced 12 detained aides of Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho before the Federal High Court in Abuja.
On Monday DSS only produced Amudat Babatunde( aka lady K), Tajudeen Erinoyen Diakola Ademola Jubril, Abidemi Shittu, Jamiu Noah Otetunji, Ayobami Donald, Raji Kazeem and Bamidele Sunday.
The agency left behind Abdulateef Ofeyagbe, Adelabe Usman,Oluwapelimi Kunle and Taiwo Opeyemi in custody.
DSS lawyer Awo had then said on Monday that some of the names contained in the court order were different from the names of the persons they arrested on July 1, 2021 at Igboho house.
But today all the 12 detained suspects who have filed a fundamental human rights suit are in court.
