This legislation seeks to combat rising criminality linked to ritual practices, forest encampments, unregulated spiritual activities, and land misuse—mirroring recent moves in Anambra State.

Registration of Spiritual Practitioners like Native doctors, herbalists, spiritualists, chief priests, diviners, seers, and others.
Land Use & Forest Occupation
Unauthorized Occupation of Forests/Camps
Private Security, Town Unions & Surveillance
Private Security Operators.
If passed, the bill will reshape security, religious practices, and property use in Enugu State, holding spiritual figures, landlords, forest dwellers, and private security firms accountable for their actions or negligence.
