The Commissioner for Ministry of Rural Development, Enugu State, Deacon Okey Ogbodo has charged executives of Town Development Unions in the state to promote cooperation in towns and attract development.
Deacon Ogbodo gave the charge on 25th May 2024 as the government of Enugu State through the Director, Town Union Development , Mrs Queendaline Odike presented certificate of return to Engr Joseph Chinedu Uzo led town union Executives of Adu Development Union.

PRO, Adu Development Union stated that speaking at the event which took place at the conference room of the Ministry of Rural Development, Enugu State, the Commissioner congratulated the newly elected Excos for their victory at the pool.
He charged them to discharge their responsibilities with diligence and determination inline with the laid down procedures.
He urged them to be accountable to the community adding that community attract development through cooperation of members of the community.
He called on them to justify their victory by proving leadership that will take the community to the next positive developmental level.
In his remarks, the President General , Engr Joseph Uzo thanked the Ministry for providing enabling environment for the peaceful conduct .
Highpoints of the event was a visit to the hospital to see some members of the community who was recently involve in car crash.
