Dethroned Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido, and the person who dethroned and banished him to Nasarawa, Abdullahi Ganduje the Governor of Kano State met for the first time in two years since the incident.
They suddenly met at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja at the VIP lodge and greeted.
Sanusi was dethroned in March 2020 by the Kano State Government and deported to Nasarawa for allegedly “total disrespect to lawful instructions from the office of the Governor”.
Sanusi later obtained Federal High Court Order that quashed his banishment to Nasarawa town .
Sanusi and Governor Ganduje were seen in the now-viral video that have continue to generate reaction from public.
