Governor Bassey Otu has signed a ₦104bn supplementary budget, raising Cross River’s 2025 outlay to ₦642bn.
The funds will accelerate infrastructure projects, strengthen agriculture, healthcare, and education, bolster security, and create jobs.
Otu also assented to three new laws on donor fund management, rural roads, and state-led power generation.
