Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Burna Boy has revealed that his search for spiritual fulfillment remains unresolved despite converting from Christianity to Islam.
In a recent chat with streamer Playboymax, the singer said he has studied various religious texts in pursuit of deeper meaning but feels more confused the further he goes. “Growing up, I was a Christian and then I converted to Islam… The more I research, the more confused I get,” he admitted.
Burna Boy noted that his spiritual journey is ongoing as he continues to seek personal truth. His comments echo similar revelations by singer 9ice, who recently disclosed that he embraced the Ifa religion after experiencing a severe spiritual attack.
