Barrister Maxwell Opara one of defence lawyers for Nnamdi Kanu has slammed a N50m suit Director General of Department of State Security Services(DSS) and the agency for allegedly violating his fundamental human rights at the Federal High Court Abuja.
Opara said in the suit that he was humiliated and stripped nake last week when he visited the leader of an the proscribed Indegeneous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu at DSS custody in Abuja. Kanu is being held at the facility since June following his abduction from Kenya.
