Saudi Arabian giants Al Nassr are reportedly preparing a €85 million bid to sign Gabriel Martinelli from Arsenal, according to emerging reports this evening.
The Riyadh-based club, home to Cristiano Ronaldo, is looking to strengthen its attacking options and sees the 23-year-old Brazilian winger as a marquee addition to bolster their ambitions both domestically and in the AFC Champions League.
Martinelli, a key figure in Mikel Arteta’s squad, remains under contract at the Emirates and is widely regarded as one of Arsenal’s most valuable assets. The Gunners are expected to reject the initial approach, but the financial power behind the Saudi Pro League continues to test European clubs’ resolve.
