Nigerian singer Obumneme Ali, popularly known as Smash of the music duo Bracket, has claimed that the long-running feud between P-Square brothers, Peter and Paul Okoye, has spiritual roots.
Speaking on the AFRIMMA Podcast with his bandmate Vast, Smash revealed that despite being closer to Paul, he maintained a good relationship with Peter and often tried to mediate. According to him, Paul himself once admitted that the rift with his twin brother was beyond the ordinary.
“The last time I met Paul I told him his problem with his brother Peter wasn’t normal, that it’s spiritual, and he agreed,” Smash said, adding that it was heartbreaking to see the once inseparable brothers fall apart despite their shared passion for the P-Square brand.
