Emmanuel Nwachukwu of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has emerged winner of the Anambra South Senatorial by-election.
INEC Returning Officer, Prof. Frank Ojiako, announced Nwachukwu the winner on Sunday in Nnewi after he polled 90,408 votes to defeat APC’s Azuka Okwuosa, who scored 19,847 votes.
Donald Amangbo of the African Democratic Congress came third with 2,889 votes.
