NAF Jets in precision strikes pound terrorists’ enclaves in Sambisa Forest

…To wipe terrorists’ enclaves

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has launched precision strikes on major terrorist enclaves at ARRA in the Sambisa Forest general area.

‎The operation, carried out on 19 November 2025, followed a series of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions that tracked hostile movement linked to the 17 October ambush on troops at KASHOMRI.

‎This is contained in a statement issued by the Director of Public Relations and Information, Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame.

It stated that persistent ISR coverage of the area revealed suspicious activities and active terrorist structures, prompting a coordinated and intelligence-led air interdiction mission by the Air Component of Operation HADIN KAI.

‎NAF aircraft reportedly acquired the designated targets and executed multiple precision strikes, destroying all identified structures and neutralising terrorist elements within the location.

‎It said the strikes were “highly effective,” and significantly degraded insurgent operational capability and disrupted their command and logistics networks.

The strikes underscores the Air Force’s firm resolve to maintain overwhelming pressure on terrorist groups and support ground forces across all theatres.

‎The statement reiterated NAF commitment to defending Nigeria’s territorial integrity and ensuring enduring peace nationwide.
