The NLC has given the Federal Government a four-week ultimatum to resolve all issues with ASUU and other university unions or face a nationwide strike.
NLC President Joe Ajaero said the Congress won’t watch the education system collapse, calling the no-work-no-pay policy “unfair and counterproductive.”
ASUU’s strike continues as the union demands full implementation of the 2009 agreement, payment of withheld salaries, and proper funding for universities.
