Chelsea have formally demanded that Liverpool pay compensation for Rio Ngumoha, who left the Blues’ academy for free in 2024.
The 15-year-old winger, regarded as one of England’s brightest youth prospects, made the switch to Anfield last year, sparking tensions between the two clubs over training and development rights.
Almost a year since the move, a Premier League arbitration panel is yet to deliver a verdict, leaving the dispute unresolved as Chelsea push to be compensated for losing their highly-rated youngster.
