Former military Governor of Cross River and Akwa Ibom States (formerly South-Eastern state) is dead.
His family disclosed his passing in a statement on Wednesday.
The statement, which was signed by Oghenekome Ufuoma Omu on behalf of the family, said he died on Tuesday, April 29.
